Cyber Security Meetup is a series of events organized and hosted by Exness. Yesterday, we have attended it for the second time (read here about the first).
Once again, there were a few presentations on various security-related subjects. Here’s a list to give you a taste:
- Global network security trends; Qrator Labs: solutions for modern challenges. Presented by Max Beloenko, Sales Global VP of Qrator Labs.
- Liga Stavok case study of successful collaboration between Qrator and Wallarm. Presented by Sergey Bochkov, Platform Division Manager of Liga Stavok.
- Attack from behind: DDoS attacks against backend network stacks. Presented by Artem Gavrichenkov, CTO of Qrator Labs.
- Mobile API security – what happens when you don’t write your own code. Presented by Egor Bogomolov, security engineer at Wallarm.
Comparing these talks to the ones from the previous event, we think this time the talks were a lot less technical. This made them much easier to follow for people who are just getting into the rich and deep world of cyber security.
As always, we’ve also enjoyed the networking part of the event. Talking to the speakers and other attendees, while having a cold brew and a snack is a lot of fun.
We are looking forward to the future Cyber Security Meetup events, new speakers, and knowledge sharing. Keep it up, Exness! You are doing a great job with these events.
