It is with great pleasure that we would like to let everyone know that this week AlleoTech Ltd has finally been incorporated. We are now registered as a Limited Liability Company in Cyprus. All the government paperwork has been processed and we are officially live.
That is, of course, not the end of the company setup process. We still have quite a bit to do with registrations in VAT and other tax offices, setting up our bank accounts and checkbooks, and so on. But this is an important milestone.
We are now officially open for business!
